Salary: USD 98,000 - 130,000 / annual
Datadog is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the Go-To-Market (GTM) team and drive talent acquisition for high-priority roles. You will be the face of recruiting at Datadog, responsible for the full lifecycle of candidate engagement—from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Source qualified talent through multiple channels: job postings, referrals, agencies, and direct outreach
- Screen and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to design and optimize interview processes
- Manage candidate follow-up and ensure timely closure for all interviewed candidates
- Negotiate compensation packages with qualified candidates
- Train and mentor interview teams to enhance recruitment quality
- Maintain clean, organized candidate data in Greenhouse ATS for accurate reporting and pipeline visibility
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience regardless of hiring outcome
You bring 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, either in-house or in a staffing agency environment. You are a sourcing expert who knows where top talent lives and can identify high-potential candidates quickly. You work autonomously, manage multiple concurrent positions, and excel at selling Datadog's value proposition and closing candidates. You operate with urgency, adapt to process changes, and have strong negotiation and communication skills.

Compensation: $98,000–$130,000 USD annually, plus equity (RSUs), stock purchase plan, comprehensive benefits (healthcare, dental, mental health, 401k match), paid time off, and fitness reimbursements.
