Salary: USD 135,000 - 175,000 / annual
Candid Health is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical roles across the organization. You'll serve as a strategic partner to engineering hiring managers, understanding their talent needs and developing targeted recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent for both individual contributor and leadership positions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the complete recruiting lifecycle for engineering roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, and candidate experience management
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
- Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines and developing top-of-funnel sourcing strategies
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize recruiting processes, driving initiatives to improve efficiency and candidate quality
- Leveraging recruiting tools (Ashby) and data/metrics to inform hiring tactics and support hiring managers
- Building relationships across candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
You'll bring 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments, demonstrated success building pipelines and sourcing strategies, and proficiency with recruiting platforms like Ashby. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams are essential. You're self-motivated, resilient, and committed to continuous improvement.
