Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 / annual

As a Senior Recruiter focused on Deployment Strategy, you will identify and recruit top talent across the company, with primary emphasis on post-sales roles including Deployment Strategists. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for multiple high-priority positions, building and cultivating talent pipelines to support the company's rapid expansion.
Key responsibilities include: sourcing active and passive candidates through sophisticated search techniques across multiple channels; screening resumes and conducting pre-screening interviews to assess qualifications; closing candidates efficiently against hiring goals; partnering with in-house recruiters and hiring managers to drive recruiting efficiency and innovation; nurturing high-quality prospects through relationship management; and developing sourcing strategies to build consistent, diverse, and high-quality talent pipelines.
You bring 5+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience within in-house recruiting teams, with proven success identifying experienced talent in the market. You have direct experience in high-growth, early-stage startups and excel at targeting, approaching, and closing passive candidates. You're naturally people-oriented, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious. You're proficient with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and excel at relationship management across candidates, teammates, and hiring managers. You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
The role requires in-office presence in San Francisco 4 days per week.
