Webull Financial, a leading digital brokerage platform, is seeking a Recruiter to join the Human Resources team in Saint Petersburg, FL. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process across corporate, operational, and specialized functions within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through offer extension across all business levels and functions. You will develop tailored sourcing strategies and candidate engagement plans to build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, internal networks, employee referrals, recruiting platforms, and other channels. Close partnership with hiring managers and the HR team is essential to understand business needs, evaluate role requirements, align on team dynamics, and proactively address questions throughout the hiring process.
The ideal candidate understands that recruiting extends beyond filling open positions. You will work autonomously while maintaining regular syncs with the HR team and hiring leaders. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a growing, fast-paced organization. You will provide market insight, deliver strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance, and collaborate closely with leaders to identify high-quality talent aligned with business objectives.
