Salary: USD 110,000 - 135,000 / annual
Topline Pro is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to lead hiring across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations. This role reports to the Head of People and requires recruiting for both clearly-scoped and ambiguous, evolving positions.
Key responsibilities include owning the full recruiting cycle from sourcing through offer, building candidate pipelines for roles still taking shape, driving proactive sourcing beyond inbound applicants, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, managing candidate experience, and tracking pipeline health metrics.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1+ year as an internal recruiter at a high-growth company. You must demonstrate strong sourcing skills, proven experience recruiting for creative and product roles (Marketing, Product, Design) and technical roles (Engineering), and comfort moving between technical and non-technical searches. Experience recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships) is a plus.
You are a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, treating unclear roles as puzzles to solve rather than blockers. You bring structure and organization to unformed searches, communicate clearly with hiring managers and candidates, and can push back on stakeholders while keeping searches on track. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments where priorities shift rapidly.
Topline Pro is an AI-powered platform helping service businesses (roofers, landscapers, painters, cleaners) acquire direct business using generative AI. The company was co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (COO), is YC-backed, well-funded with several years of runway, and has 120+ employees. The role is based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, requiring 4 days/week in-office with 1 day remote.
