Revivn is a profitable, rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage technology end-of-life through a software platform focused on repurposing hardware rather than recycling. The company partners with major clients like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify to provide affordable refurbished technology to underserved communities.
You will be the second recruiter on the Talent team, owning full-cycle recruiting across the organization. Your responsibilities include managing searches from kickoff through close for executive, sales, engineering, operations, product, finance, and facilities roles. You'll build your own candidate pipeline using LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, cold outreach, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels, balancing high volume without sacrificing quality
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship building
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, develop job descriptions, and create thoughtful search strategies
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and move quickly with candidate communication
- Serve as a thought partner, challenging assumptions and helping leaders clarify what they actually need
- Create an excellent candidate experience through genuine relationships and clear communication
- Raise the hiring bar by identifying candidates with the right skills, mindset, and values for long-term success
- Foster a culture of recruiting across the organization by partnering with leaders and employees on referrals and talent identification
You should have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally combining agency and in-house recruiting. You're comfortable recruiting across various functions and levels, managing high volumes of open roles, and sourcing passive candidates. You're proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms like Greenhouse. You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift quickly, stay organized, and communicate proactively without needing reminders.
