Reducto is an agentic document platform serving leading AI teams with enterprise-grade document processing capabilities. The company has grown 8x YoY, raised over $100M from top-tier investors (a16z, Benchmark, First Round), and partners with companies like Harvey, Vanta, Scale, and major FAANG enterprises.
As a Generalist Recruiter based in the New York City office, you will own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions. Your responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates for engineering, ML research, sales, marketing, finance, and operations roles. You'll build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and outbound networking; partner with hiring managers to define role requirements; conduct phone screens and coordinate interview processes; maintain clean pipeline data; develop offer strategy; and help scale the recruiting function as the company grows.
You should have 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience spanning both technical and business/GTM functions. The ideal candidate can fluidly shift between sourcing engineers and closing sales hires, understands technology well enough to have substantive conversations with engineering candidates, and thrives under pressure with minimal supervision. You're organized, reliable, and proactive—you own outcomes rather than just executing processes.
Bonus qualifications include early-stage startup recruiting experience, proficiency with recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem), a strong NYC tech/business network, experience closing competitive offers, and data-driven pipeline optimization skills.
Reducto values impact (your hires shape how leading AI companies access enterprise data), speed (shipping and iterating in days), and learning alongside world-class engineers and founders. The company offers unlimited PTO, daily office lunch, $400/month commuter benefits, comprehensive health insurance, $150/month wellness budget, and flexible parental leave. This is an in-person role requiring comfort with a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
