The Recruiter role is central to scaling the team and will partner closely with company leadership to define hiring priorities and shape recruiting strategy. Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across business and corporate roles, developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates while balancing speed with quality, and partnering with leadership on hiring needs and priorities to implement data-driven talent acquisition strategies.
Day-to-day execution involves screening candidates to assess qualifications and fit, advising hiring managers on candidate management, tracking internal SLAs and timelines, owning communications with candidates, and reporting on key recruiting metrics with actionable recommendations to leadership.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated ability to independently manage roles end-to-end. Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience is strongly preferred, along with strong sourcing skills and comfort proactively building pipelines. Experience with Ashby ATS is required. The role demands an ownership mentality and drive to improve processes that uplevel the team and business.
