Lumilens is building photonics infrastructure for AI supercomputing, including chip-to-chip optical interconnects and scalable photonic engines. The company is Series B-funded and led by industry veterans.
As Recruiter – Singapore, you will own end-to-end hiring across technical, manufacturing, operations, and business functions, primarily supporting the Bulim Square facility. This is a high-impact role driving workforce growth for both Lumilens and its contract manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles
- Serve as primary recruitment partner for the Bulim Square facility
- Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns supporting manufacturing ramp-ups and workforce expansion
- Partner with contract manufacturer recruitment teams to coordinate hiring, workforce planning, and manpower readiness
- Drive proactive sourcing through direct sourcing, referrals, recruitment events, and talent mapping
- Deliver high-quality candidate experience from outreach through onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health
- Act as trusted advisor to leadership on recruitment strategy, talent availability, and workforce planning
- Partner with operations, hiring managers, and manufacturing stakeholders to align hiring with business demand
- Guide stakeholders on hiring timelines, talent trade-offs, and market competitiveness
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments preferred
- Experience with contract manufacturers, staffing partners, or outsourced workforce providers advantageous
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
