You bring 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, expertise closing complex offers with compensation and equity negotiation, strong communication skills that build trust with candidates and stakeholders, data-informed and organized approach to managing competing priorities, and thriving in fast-moving, high-growth environments. Experience recruiting in technical, manufacturing, or hardware-software environments and startup or high-growth company background are valued. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status is required due to ITAR regulations.
