As a Recruiter, you will own full-cycle hiring across Engineering and Operations teams, including roles such as AI Product Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Forward Deployed Product Lead, and Technical Implementation Program Manager. You will serve as a thought partner to founders and hiring managers, shaping role definitions and closing offers with real ownership and autonomy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with founders and hiring managers to build Engineering and Operations teams
- Sourcing and closing top technical talent through creative outreach, referrals, and events
- Telling the Bunkerhill story to candidates new to healthcare
- Using AI tools to scale sourcing, outreach, and recruiting operations
- Building and optimizing interview processes in Ashby for speed and candidate experience
- Hosting candidates in the SF office, giving tours, and hosting onsites to create memorable experiences
The role requires being in the SoMa office 4 days per week. You will often be the first face candidates meet, setting the tone for their experience with the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a fast-growing startup
- Strong comfort using AI tools to scale sourcing, outreach, and recruiting operations
- Track record of hiring technical talent in competitive markets
- Effective communicator who builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments
PREFERRED:
- Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or similar tools
- Data-driven approach to unblocking hiring challenges and informing decisions
- Genuine interest in applying technology to improve healthcare
