Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to own hiring end-to-end for technical and functional roles across hardware, software, and operations. You will source and manage high-volume pipelines of engineering talent, build strategic partnerships with hiring managers, and drive data-informed recruiting decisions.
Key responsibilities include: sourcing and screening technical candidates (robotics, aerospace, embedded systems, autonomy); managing candidate pipelines through interviews and offer closure; conducting funnel analytics (conversion rates, time-to-fill, source ROI, offer-acceptance rates); translating pipeline data into weekly insights and recommendations for hiring leaders; developing long-range recruiting strategies including referral programs and sourcing optimization; mastering sourcing tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, web scraping, candidate management platforms); conducting high-signal interviews; and ensuring positive candidate experience with proactive communication.
You will act as a consultative partner to engineering and operations leadership, calibrating candidate profiles, shaping talent strategy, and executing against hiring plans. The role requires deep understanding of defense-tech mission and robotics/aerospace engineering disciplines to credibly pitch opportunities and close exceptional talent.
This is a full-time, onsite position in London supporting Anduril's mission to transform military capabilities with advanced autonomy, AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion technology.
