Parloa is an enterprise conversational AI platform that has powered over one billion customer interactions for global brands like IKEA and Booking.com. The company is backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, EQT Ventures, and Altimeter Capital.
As Readiness & Operations Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of GTM Enablement, supporting the full go-to-market organization across onboarding, certification, product launches, partner enablement, and company kickoffs. This is a high-volume, high-coordination role with clear visibility into how an enablement function operates and a defined growth path into program or specialist tracks as the team scales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for global enablement programs including onboarding cohorts, bootcamps, and certifications
- Maintain the global enablement calendar and ensure program owners have accurate timelines, materials, and attendee details
- Administer day-to-day operations across GTM Enablement tools including Highspot, Gong, LMS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Parloa Value Studio
- Keep enablement platforms, content, permissions, rosters, attendance, and certification records accurate and current
- Prepare recurring reports on program completion, attendance, usage, and adoption for GTM Enablement leadership
- Triage incoming enablement requests, route them appropriately, and help keep routine field requests moving
- Support logistics for large-scale enablement events including attendee tracking, vendor coordination, materials, and run-of-show preparation
You bring 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordinator, program support, or administrative roles. Enablement or sales experience is a plus. You have strong organizational instincts and genuine comfort managing many moving pieces simultaneously. You're confident with calendar tools and spreadsheets, with a track record of quickly adopting new SaaS platforms. You communicate clearly in writing and can coordinate across US and European time zones. You demonstrate sound judgment about what to handle yourself versus what to escalate.
