Toka is seeking an R&D Group Lead to lead and manage 3 engineering teams with a strong background in cybersecurity, particularly offensive security from either civilian industry or defense organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 3 engineering teams, building and mentoring team leaders to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Take ownership of the business logic layer within the product, ensuring alignment with product strategy and company goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Drive architectural decisions, best practices, and long-term technical vision with a strong technical background (not hands-on)
- Lead AI-driven initiatives across R&D: define strategy, identify opportunities, and drive adoption of AI tools and methodologies within engineering teams
- Pioneer the integration of AI into development workflows, products, and processes to create competitive advantage

Requirements:
