Zscaler is seeking a Quote Operations Associate to join the Deal Desk Operations team, reporting to the Director of Global Deal Operations. This hybrid India-based role focuses on the successful execution of renewal quotes while ensuring adherence to strategic goals, compliance, and corporate policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a Salesforce CPQ subject matter expert with deep understanding of SKU configuration, quote structuring, SKU migration mapping, and corporate/financial/sales policies
- Build and maintain operational relationships across coverage areas, partnering with leadership to drive global best practices
- Ensure policy-compliant quoting by reviewing and granting SKU use-case exceptions in line with business policy
- Resolve quoting issues end-to-end: troubleshoot operational problems, understand contract and subscription data impacts, and escalate for support when needed
- Participate in UAT for new quote processes and system enhancements
- Work collaboratively across operational teams to create preparatory draft renewal quotes and provide expert guidance
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years in Sales Operations Support, Quote Support, or Order Management
- Renewal quoting and quoting experience
- Cross-functional experience with operational teams in quote creation
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, CPQ applications, MS Office, G-suite, Tableau, and Salesforce Reporting
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging or positioning AI-driven solutions
Preferred qualifications include high-tech/SaaS industry experience, experience with AI/automation tools for quote-to-cash workflows, and a Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus).
