Salary: EUR 44,100 - 81,900 / annual

DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, is seeking a Quality Control Officer to join its operations in Baarle-Nassau, Netherlands. This role is responsible for executing quality control processes for medicinal products in a highly regulated GMP environment, serving as a subject matter expert in analytical processes and systems. Key responsibilities include: accurate execution of quality control testing according to product specifications; identification and reporting of deviations to the Qualified Person; sampling, review, and documentation of environmental monitoring; trend analysis and data review; management of document generation, qualification execution, and approval workflows; coordination of deviation and out-of-specification investigations; collaboration with Analytics, Science & Technology teams on validation and technology transfer; and maintenance of laboratory equipment, computerized systems, and analytical methods. The role requires deep knowledge of analytical processes, strong attention to detail, and experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will manage qualification activities including change control, PM/calibration programs, equipment configuration, and SOP generation. Responsibilities also include communicating improvement opportunities for devices, software, and methods in compliance with GMP requirements, and maintaining laboratory cleanliness and safety standards. Required qualifications: minimum 1+ years of experience in radiopharmaceutical QC laboratory or equivalent in a strongly regulated environment; excellent knowledge of good laboratory practices and cGMP; analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; openness to new technologies and continuous improvement; collaborative communication skills; sense of urgency; and fluent English (written and spoken). This is an on-site role based in Baarle-Nassau. Novartis does not offer relocation support, so applicants must be accessible to this location.
