JuneShine is seeking a Quality Compliance Manager to serve as the technical backbone of the brand's internal Quality Compliance program. Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, you will own day-to-day execution of quality and compliance operations, including leading routine audits, managing corrective actions, reviewing external documentation, investigating supplier quality incidents, and providing expert guidance to leadership on food safety matters.
Key responsibilities include partnering with the New Product Team throughout product and facility onboarding to proactively identify and mitigate quality, food safety, and regulatory risks before they escalate. You will be the company's go-to expert on Quality Compliance—the person every department turns to when product integrity is at stake. Your work will directly support JuneShine's scaling operations, managing an expanding portfolio of products and supplier relationships while maintaining rigorous compliance standards.
This role requires deep expertise in food safety regulations, quality management systems, and compliance frameworks. You'll balance strategic advisory work with hands-on execution, ensuring that quality processes are documented, auditable, and defensible. As the organization grows, this position will expand in scope and influence, offering opportunities to build and lead a quality function.
