Neko Health is a preventative healthcare company that combines proprietary technology with clinical care to deliver personalized health insights in a single, non-invasive visit. As Quality & Care Coordinator, you will be the trusted partner ensuring every member's care journey runs smoothly and efficiently from initial scan through follow-up and resolution.
You will own each case end-to-end, coordinating across clinical teams to ensure care is timely, accurate, and complete. Your responsibilities include overseeing cardiology, blood, skin, and vascular care pathways, managing referrals and follow-ups so members progress smoothly through their care journey. You will collect outcome data consistently and accurately, providing Neko with clear visibility into member outcomes and identifying improvement opportunities.
A key part of your role is spotting friction and gaps in care pathways and bringing them to the appropriate teams to drive practical improvements in care delivery. You will also help implement AI tools to optimize assessment pathways, making coordination faster and more reliable while applying clinical judgment.
You bring 2+ years of experience as a medical secretary or in an equivalent clinical coordination role, with strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical processes, and care pathways. You are fluent in both English and Swedish (written and verbal), highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, and able to work calmly under pressure. You have experience writing referral letters and clinical correspondence, familiarity with platforms like Semble or Zendesk, and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. You work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and handle escalated situations with professionalism and accountability.
Preferred qualifications include clinical or healthcare setting experience, a BSc or MSc in a medical or scientific discipline, and data analysis experience.
