Filevine is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst II to join its Legal AI platform team. The company delivers Legal Operating Intelligence through LOIS, a system that unifies data, documents, workflows, and teams for modern legal work. This role is central to ensuring product quality and reliability across the platform.
In this position, you will own the full QA lifecycle for assigned features and products. Your responsibilities include understanding user stories and requirements to create comprehensive test cases and scenarios, developing structured test plans and approaches aligned with business priorities. You'll investigate technical issues deeply, writing clear and repeatable defect reports, and work with the support team to reproduce and verify bug fixes. You'll prioritize test execution effectively and conduct exploratory testing to evaluate product robustness and functionality.
You'll collaborate closely with QA engineers to expand automation coverage based on business needs and risk assessment, ensuring the platform maintains high quality standards. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication—both verbal and written.
You bring 5+ years of QA experience with a strong grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and modern testing methodologies. You're proficient with bug tracking software and test management tools such as Azure Test Plans or TestRail. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required. Your analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a methodical approach to testing and troubleshooting, make you an ideal fit for this growing legal tech innovator.
