Arrive is seeking a Public Relations Specialist to support media relations, company announcements, and communications strategy. This role sits within the marketing team and owns several key PR functions. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and develop relationships with trade, national, and industry reporters; monitor platforms like HARO and Qwoted daily to identify relevant media opportunities - Draft pitches, press materials, and media outreach aligned with coverage cadence set by marketing leadership - Draft and coordinate company announcements (new offices, partnerships, service expansions, recognition) in collaboration with marketing and leadership - Build and maintain PR calendar, media lists, coverage trackers, and related documentation - Gather story material from across the business, partnering with Market Intelligence, Content, and Internal Communications teams; present findings to marketing leadership for direction on angle and priority - Support subject matter experts with media preparation, including background documents and talking points for media appearances, podcasts, and industry features - Support customer and executive events with communications, invitations, attendee materials, on-site messaging, follow-up, briefing documents, agendas, and executive one-pagers - Track media placements and coverage activity; prepare regular summaries for the team - Provide writing, communications, and operational support across the marketing team as needed - Handle additional project needs with flexibility and proactive problem-solving Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (preferred) - 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field (including internship experience) - Strong writing ability across multiple formats: pitches, announcements, audience communications, supporting documents - Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of catching errors others miss - Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and shifting priorities without losing detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with executives, customers, media, and employees at all levels - Collaborative approach and comfort taking direction from multiple stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to adopt new tools quickly, including AI platforms - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
