Salary: USD 77,417 - 116,126 / annual
Mosaic Health is seeking a Provider Recruiter to build and execute recruitment strategies for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This is a strategic role focused on attracting top healthcare talent and supporting organizational growth through innovative recruitment approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and hire Physicians and APPs across multiple specialties and markets
- Partner with operational and physician leaders to develop proactive recruitment and workforce planning strategies
- Build and maintain provider talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Source and engage candidates through networking, outreach, events, and industry partnerships
- Serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and hiring strategies
- Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle: interviews, offers, contracting, credentialing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance provider recruitment and employer brand initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, leaders, and key stakeholders
- Travel approximately 20% as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, provider, physician, APP, or executive recruitment
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience developing creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel approximately 20%
