As Provider Partnerships Regional Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs) focused on scaling revenue through healthcare provider partnerships. This is a field-first sales leadership role requiring 3+ days per week in the field alongside your team—running in-person ride-alongs, coaching live provider meetings, and driving sales activity.
Key responsibilities include: leading, mentoring, and inspiring your PPM team to hit and exceed targets; spending 3 days per week in the field coaching PPMs through live provider meetings and ride-alongs; hiring, training, and onboarding new team members; conducting regular team meetings and 1:1s anchored in pipeline reviews and account planning; reviewing PPM meeting recordings to provide feedback and surface best practices; implementing performance management processes; and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with Nourish's values.
You'll thrive in this role if you are passionate about Nourish's mission to improve health outcomes through better nutrition; energized by being in the field rather than managing from a desk; a strong coach and developer of people who can identify what's holding reps back and help them get unstuck; skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with natural curiosity and effective listening; relentlessly resourceful and persistent in pursuing success with both tenacity and creativity; comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and flexibility; unwilling to settle for 'good enough' and proactive about seeking improvement; and analytical and data-oriented, comfortable diving into CRM data to uncover insights.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record in healthcare sales or business development
- 1+ years of sales management experience, ideally at a high-growth startup
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing salespeople
- Comfort and energy spending the majority of your week in the field with reps
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Ability to leverage data and data tooling (specifically Salesforce) to inform strategy
- Aptitude for learning new systems
