Salary: INR 1,070,938 - 1,448,916 / annual
As a Proposal Analyst within the Solution Advisory team in Sales at Vena Solutions, you will coordinate and facilitate the response process for procurement requests including RFPs (Request for Proposal), RFIs (Request for Information), RFQs (Request for Quotation), and IT/security questionnaires. This role is pivotal in supporting the global Sales team and driving company growth and revenue targets through successful bid proposals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate procurement requests for company and product fit to ensure bid proposals are positioned for success
- Facilitate the RFP/RFI/RFQ and IT/security response process to ensure timely delivery of quality responses
- Work closely with technical and sales staff to translate Vena's value proposition and differentiating approach into compelling, persuasive proposals
- Assist with project management responsibilities including development of submission plans, business and compliance requirements, and deadline management
- Critically review all deliverables for consistency, quality, and accuracy before sending to prospects and customers
The role is based in the Indore office and requires 5 days per week in-office attendance.
Requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience responding to procurement requests
- Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to work with multiple stakeholders and interests
- Proven expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex technical requirements to generate actionable insights and deliverables
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality responses within aggressive timelines
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Assets:
- Experience selling CPM, enterprise software, or similar solutions
- Experience with RFP response software (preferably Loopio) and AI tools
- Accounting or Finance background
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
