Euclid is a renewable energy software and services company accelerating the world's transition to clean energy. The company combines advisory expertise with AI-enabled tools to help renewable energy teams move faster on complex compliance and financing challenges. You'll join the Tax Credit Compliance (TCC) service line as a Project Manager, reporting to the Program Director. You'll serve as the Engagement Lead for three core compliance areas: Prohibited Foreign Entity (PFE) screening, Domestic Content (DC) verification, and Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship (PWA) compliance. Your responsibilities span project execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence. Day-to-day, you'll manage delivery of diligence engagements for renewable energy projects seeking to maximize IRA tax credits. This includes coordinating EPC contractors and supplier onboarding, collecting certifications, mapping supply chains, and building audit-ready documentation packages. You'll own project timelines and client-facing status updates, coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, contractors, legal counsel, lenders), and proactively identify and resolve risks before they impact scope or client trust. You'll also support the development of standardized workflows and tools—helping maintain templates for onboarding, cost attribution, and reporting, and assisting with implementation of AI-enabled tools for document ingestion, MACR (Material Assistance Cost Ratio) calculations, and supplier risk scoring. Additionally, you'll contribute to business development by helping with proposals, data room prep, and client-facing materials. Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in tax, project finance, renewable energy, supply chain compliance, or consulting. Exposure to IRA credits (45Y, 48E, 45X), Domestic Content, PWA, or PFE frameworks is a plus but not required—the company will train the right person. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable with cost models and legal/technical documentation. You communicate clearly, take initiative, and thrive in collaborative, small-team environments. Nice-to-haves include Big 4, law firm, or renewable developer experience, familiarity with supply chain or sanctions compliance, and exposure to AI/data tools. The role offers remote work, competitive compensation, health and retirement benefits, flexible time off, and the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that directly support billions in tax credit deployment.
