Salary: USD 140,000 - 190,000 / annual
Fireblocks is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex digital asset and blockchain implementations across the Americas (North America and Latin America). This role sits within the Professional Services team, which serves as the delivery engine for customer implementations.
You will plan, coordinate, and execute multiple enterprise projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Key responsibilities include defining project scope and deliverables aligned with business objectives, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and customer success, coordinating delivery across clients and teams operating in multiple time zones.
You will communicate project status, risks, and progress to executive leadership and clients, leveraging technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams. The role requires understanding of enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions to ensure smooth project implementation, and staying informed on industry trends in banking, crypto, and financial infrastructure.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of project management experience within banking, crypto, or SaaS enterprises, strong technical knowledge in enterprise software and cloud solutions, and proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. You must have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, be detail-oriented and highly organized, and demonstrate strong leadership and ability to influence teams without direct authority. Experience in blockchain or digital assets is advantageous, as is professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese given the Latin American client base.
