Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Project Manager for Manufacturing to own end-to-end manufacturing KPI tracking and process improvement initiatives. This role bridges manufacturing engineering, operations, and strategic leadership, requiring a versatile "jack of all trades" mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
Systems & Processes Improvement: Develop deep technical understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, MRP, PLM). Gather feedback from manufacturing engineering teams to build feature roadmaps. Analyze cross-functional best practices across Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Material Management, and Procurement to standardize and implement end-to-end processes. Document and standardize business procedures and reporting protocols.
Program Oversight & Support: Support program managers and manufacturing leadership in critical technical and business forums. Translate technical problems into business-aligned solutions. Provide structure to ambiguity and drive stakeholders toward tactical and strategic decisions. Develop and execute strategies to drive business impact.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Execute rapid analyses on short timelines while building scalable long-term solutions. Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. Facilitate data-driven decision-making through timely, accurate reporting.
The ideal candidate is proactive, self-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate across teams, learn continuously, and take ownership of problems. A bachelor's degree in engineering, data systems, business, or related field is required, along with 2+ years of manufacturing experience focused on systems, program support, or process improvement. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled information.
