Salary: USD 100,000 - 130,000 / annual

InCharge Energy is seeking a Project Manager III to oversee the delivery of turnkey electrical installations that enable fleet electrification. This role manages charging infrastructure rollouts from initial assessment through project completion, with significant regional travel required. Key Responsibilities: Equipment Management: Track equipment orders and status by project; coordinate with Accounts Receivable on delayed payments and advanced shipments; work with customers to understand shipping processes and site reception requirements (e.g., FOB Destination). Project Delivery: Manage projects in Salesforce and Procore with master scheduling in MS Project; review Purchase Requisitions to ensure subcontractor requirements align with original quotes and convert to Purchase Orders per company SOP; manage Change Order process with Account Executives; provide routine progress updates to customers; manage stakeholder relationships for project execution and construction contract management; ensure Site Specific Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance during construction and report deviations to the HSE Manager; perform performance tracking across schedule, budget, risks, claims, environmental health and safety, and quality; implement corrective measures as needed; ensure all projects comply with InCharge SOPs. Project Closeout: Perform final signoff on all Project Closeout Documents (financial and project) per SOP; ensure customers understand how to use InControl (if purchased), charge vehicles, and know how to contact the Service Department. The role reports directly to the Director of Project Management and is expected to be a key part of the sales process, working closely with Account Executives to deliver a timely, customer-centered experience. Requirements: - 7–10+ years of Construction Project Management experience with hands-on field construction management - Relevant Engineering, Architectural, or Construction degree OR 4+ years of relevant electrical construction experience (in addition to the above years) - Electrical engineering, electrical estimating, or construction background required - OSHA 30 Certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire if not already completed) - Preference for Journeyman or Master level electrician certification - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Detail-oriented, resourceful, diligent, and able to operate independently with limited supervision - Proficiency with Salesforce, Procore, or equivalent project management software - Extensive experience scheduling construction at multiple sites simultaneously and managing subcontractors and vendors
