Salary: USD 104,900 - 174,700 / annual
This Project Manager II role is responsible for driving and managing a portfolio of simple to moderate complexity projects. You will project-manage cross-functional teams across product development, working closely with Market Vertical, Product Manager, Engineering, and other business units. Key responsibilities include building development roadmaps, managing project schedules, coordinating team workflows in fast-paced environments, and collaborating to resolve issues across one or more Business Units.
You will manage all phases of projects through the product development process, define key performance parameters, create regular variance reports to track progress, and negotiate with Engineering Resource Managers for project resources. Additional accountabilities include identifying and recommending process improvements, maintaining compliance with corporate and public regulations, performing data analysis relevant to project tasks, and effectively communicating project status including schedule variances and mitigation options.
The role requires strong stakeholder relationship management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities. You will work with senior and executive management, customers, and various departments, presenting information in a concise and effective manner across assorted communication mediums.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 10+ years of IT PMO (Project Management Office) experience
• Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience required
• Project governance certification required (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, and MS Visio
• Strong data analysis and process improvement skills
• Experience coordinating team workflows in deadline-driven environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects of various sizes and complexity
• Strong problem-solving skills involving leading teams in identifying and coordinating resources to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences
• Strong organizational, time management, and change management skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and reprioritize multiple concurrent projects
