Imagine Learning, a leading provider of digital-first K–12 curriculum solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to join the Curriculum Development (CDev) department. This hybrid role is based in Bengaluru's Kadubeesanahalli area and reports to the Project Management Director.
You will manage the delivery of assigned projects from planning through completion, working closely with CDev teams and stakeholders across the UK and US. Your core responsibilities include planning and managing projects from initiation to close, covering resourcing, scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting. You'll translate goals and objectives into clear, deliverable workstreams with realistic timelines and capacity estimates, managing competing priorities and dependencies to keep projects on track.
Key responsibilities include ensuring project milestones and outputs meet agreed objectives within scope, timeline, and budget; maintaining clear visibility of project status and risks with proactive stakeholder communication; identifying and monitoring project risks with mitigation planning; and creating and maintaining project documentation per version control requirements. You'll act as a connection point between CDev and other departments, facilitating collaboration and managing dependencies. The role requires using data and stakeholder input to inform decisions, tracking progress, and assessing project health, while adapting plans as needed over the project lifecycle.
You'll also investigate and contribute to department developments in AI, data-driven project management, and project governance.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus a minimum of 3 years' project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PMP or PMI Agile Certification (PMI-ACP) is preferred. Essential skills include experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and confident communication at all levels. Background in educational publishing or digital/video production workflows is advantageous. You should be comfortable working in a matrix organization, influencing without direct authority, quick to learn new concepts and tools, and collaborative in nature.
Working hours will be agreed upon, with required overlap with UK and US teams.
