As a Project Manager for Fever Originals in New York, you will develop, launch, and manage original live entertainment experiences from concept through execution. Working closely with a Regional Lead, you'll combine project management, commercial development, and strategic partnerships to grow Fever's event pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and sourcing new business opportunities, venues, and partners for event concepts
- Leading venue negotiations and securing long-term strategic partnerships with optimal contract terms
- Analyzing financial and operational feasibility of events, tracking P&L and key performance metrics
- Driving revenue growth through ticket sales optimization and audience expansion strategies
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams
- Scaling successful experiences to additional cities by building replicable operational models
- Maintaining high-quality standards for customer satisfaction and operational delivery
You'll join a young, ambitious, highly collaborative team composed of top talent from McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros. The team brings diverse cultural backgrounds and strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Work arrangement: Monday–Thursday in-office in NYC, with remote flexibility on Fridays. You will receive training and coaching to develop expertise in business development, venue partnerships, financial analysis, and event scaling.
