Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that owns and operates the full stack—from power generation to cloud services—to support large-scale AI workloads. The company is solving the energy bottleneck in AI compute through an energy-first approach. As Project Manager for Spark Deployments, you will lead end-to-end planning and execution of new AI infrastructure deployments and capacity expansion projects within Crusoe's data center environments. You will serve as the central coordination point across engineering, construction, site operations, procurement, logistics, vendors, and cloud infrastructure teams. Key responsibilities include: - Owning integrated project plans from early planning and site readiness through infrastructure delivery, hardware deployment, validation, and operational handoff - Managing multiple deployments and capacity expansions in parallel - Coordinating site and infrastructure readiness across construction, facilities, and deployment teams - Managing hardware and infrastructure procurement, delivery, and readiness (GPUs, servers, networking, storage, power, optics, licenses) - Identifying and mitigating schedule risks, resource constraints, hardware lead times, and technical dependencies - Driving cross-functional alignment across Cloud Deployment Operations, Digital Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Site Operations, Fleet/SRE, Compute, Storage, Procurement, and Product teams - Managing vendor relationships and ensuring scope, schedules, and deliverables align with deployment plans - Providing clear project reporting on progress, milestones, risks, and required actions - Contributing to process improvement and repeatable deployment playbooks You will bring 5+ years of technical project or program management experience in data centers, cloud infrastructure, construction, hardware deployments, or large-scale technical infrastructure programs. You have demonstrated ability to own complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution and operational handoff. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure concepts (power, cooling, networking, cabling, servers, storage, GPU infrastructure, commissioning, operational readiness) is essential. Experience with capacity planning, infrastructure expansion, and managing hardware lead times and procurement timelines is required.
