Salary: USD 109,240.54 - 144,197.5 / annual
WelbeHealth is a mission-driven PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization serving vulnerable seniors. The Project Manager role is accountable for delivering cross-functional projects and supporting the PMO (Project Management Office) infrastructure, with a focus on operational improvement and care delivery enhancement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive projects to successful implementation across the organization with extensive cross-functional collaboration
- Track and report project statuses, escalating issues appropriately to leadership
- Organize project resources, manage resource allocation, and motivate teams to complete key deliverables
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivered projects meet business needs
- Analyze and control project risk with appropriate mitigation strategies
- Build and deliver standard project reports to project teams, stakeholders, and WelbeHealth leadership
- Present project statuses to senior executives
- Lead high-impact initiatives that directly improve operational workflows and clinical care delivery
- Play a key role in building and strengthening PMO infrastructure, driving consistency, visibility, and accountability across projects spanning clinical, operational, and corporate teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role
- Experience in a regulated healthcare environment
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Passion for creation and improvement of processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
