Octopus Energy's Collective platform enables customers to invest in renewable energy projects. As Project Finance Manager, you will drive growth of this investment platform by developing the project pipeline and identifying retail investment opportunities across renewable technologies.
You will own the full project lifecycle from origination through execution, leveraging commercial and financial expertise to evaluate, structure, and bring renewable energy investments to market. This is a hands-on role requiring strong financial analysis, deal structuring, and project management capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and evaluating renewable energy projects for retail investor participation
- Conducting financial due diligence and modeling on potential investments
- Structuring investment products and terms for the Collective platform
- Managing projects from initial opportunity assessment through successful execution
- Collaborating with internal teams to expand product range and technology offerings
- Supporting platform growth through deal pipeline development
