As Project Coordinator, you will own the end-to-end process of heat pump installations, from initial estimate through post-installation customer follow-up. You will be responsible for developing and executing processes to track installations, manage customer inquiries, coordinate scheduling of walkthroughs, installations, and inspections, and maintain reporting on all scheduled work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage the permitting process for each project
- Maintain and report on scheduled installs, coordinating with installation teams, permits, and inspection authorities
- Coordinate with warehouse and installation teams to ensure proper allocation of equipment, materials, and personnel
- Create process documentation and training materials for new team members
- Participate in business system selection and configuration to improve customer flows and operational efficiency
- Monitor service quality and gather feedback
- Track prospects, assist with customer inquiries, and address questions regarding quotes
This is a full-time, permanent position based in North Vancouver, BC, working in-person.
Requirements:
- PMP certification or related project management training preferred
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of developing project plans that support construction or related tasks
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer service acumen
- Willingness to learn and grow into the role if you have core skills and experience
