Salary: USD 125,000 - 150,000 / annual

Fanatics is a global digital sports platform serving over 100 million sports fans through three main divisions: Fanatics Commerce (licensed fan gear, jerseys, apparel), Fanatics Collectibles (physical and digital trading cards, memorabilia), and Fanatics Betting & Gaming (sportsbook and iGaming). The company operates 2,500+ retail locations and partners with approximately 900 sports properties worldwide. The VIP Strategy & Operations team is seeking a Program Manager to bring structure and clarity to a rapidly scaling business. This is an individual contributor role focused on turning priorities into action and ensuring important work moves forward efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Program Management & Independent Projects - Own cross-functional projects end-to-end, including scope definition, milestones, owners, timelines and outcomes - Identify business needs requiring focused project ownership and build clear execution plans - Break ambiguous priorities into workstreams, decisions and action items - Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and stakeholders while maintaining clarity on priorities and timelines - Drive owners against commitments and follow through until completion - Surface risks, dependencies and missed deadlines early; drive resolution - Step into high-priority, unstructured projects as they emerge and move them forward independently Process, Efficiency & AI - Identify opportunities to make the team faster, clearer and more consistent as the business scales - Design and implement lightweight processes, workflows and tools that improve execution and accountability - Evaluate whether new processes are helping; simplify or adjust when needed - Define clear ownership, handoffs and decision points where they add value - Use Claude and other AI tools to automate recurring work, synthesize information and reduce manual effort - Continuously seek practical ways to improve team operations Team Operating Rhythm & Communication - Own and run key team meetings across the organization, including agendas, materials, decisions and follow-up - Capture clear action items, owners and deadlines; drive them to completion after each meeting - Maintain a consolidated view of team priorities, active projects and outstanding actions - Provide concise leadership updates covering progress, risks, decisions and areas requiring attention - Ensure important information and decisions are communicated clearly to the right teams - Use data, dashboards and business inputs to surface issues or opportunities the team should act on Role Highlights: - Direct exposure to senior VIP and Fanatics leadership - Opportunity to shape how a rapidly growing business operates and scales - Front-row seat to decision-making across sports, gaming and entertainment - Small team where strong execution and better ways of working have immediate, visible impact Requirements: - 6-8 years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, consulting, business operations or similar role - Proven experience independently owning complex projects and driving cross-functional teams to measurable outcomes - Demonstrated experience building or improving processes, workflows or operating mechanisms in prior roles - Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of creating clarity, maintaining rigorous follow-through and ensuring details do not fall through the cracks - Evidence of improving ways of working while keeping processes practical, lightweight and adaptable - Strong analytical skills and demonstrated use of data to drive decisions and action - Practical experience using Claude or similar AI tools to automate or improve real business workflows - Excellent written communication and experience creating clear, concise updates for senior leaders - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to drive accountability without formal authority - High energy, low ego and comfort taking ownership in ambiguous environments Preferred: - Experience in a high-growth technology, consumer, sports, gaming or entertainment business - Experience supporting senior executives or working within a Strategy & Operations organization
