Payoneer, founded in 2005, is a global financial platform serving over 2,500 colleagues and customers in 190+ countries. The company is building a stablecoin-powered payments platform and regulated national trust bank to modernize cross-border payments infrastructure.
This Program Manager role serves as the operating backbone for this strategic initiative, orchestrating product delivery, go-to-market execution, trust bank launch, and board-level governance. You will partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into milestones, milestones into action, and action into measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities span four domains:
**Program & Strategy Operations:** Maintain the integrated plan across product, GTM, regulatory, and bank stand-up workstreams. Establish and run the program's governance model including steering committees, working groups, decision logs, risk registers, and reporting cadences. Translate strategy into weekly action across cross-functional teams and drive disciplined prioritization across competing demands.
**Product Launch:** Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to maintain an integrated roadmap for stablecoin and bank capabilities (wallet functionality, issuance, custody, reserve management, cross-border payments). Track milestones, dependencies, and launch readiness across discovery, build, pilot, and general availability phases. Run program rituals that synchronize product delivery with commercial commitments and regulatory constraints.
**Go-to-Market Execution:** Drive the program plan for stablecoin GTM including segmentation, pricing, packaging, partnership pipeline, sales enablement, and launch sequencing. Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to ensure messaging, collateral, training, and commercial readiness. Maintain visibility into pipeline, pilots, and early commercial KPIs.
**Bank Stand-Up:** Own the integrated plan for the Payoneer Digital Bank across the path to charter approval and opening. Coordinate workstreams spanning executive hiring, governance and policy buildout, technology and operations readiness, risk and compliance program design, and external advisor management. Ensure commercial and product plans are sequenced realistically against charter and regulatory dependencies.
**Board & Executive Governance:** Own the operating cadence and content pipeline for board and committee engagement.
This is a high-visibility role requiring versatility across commercial, product, and regulatory workstreams. You'll work closely with senior executives on building something new in U.S. financial services.
