Fortinet is seeking a Program Manager for Professional Services to lead internal AI transformation initiatives and integrate new teams into the PS organization. This is a hybrid role based in London, UK or Alpes-Maritimes, France. You will manage virtual teams comprising Customer Support & Services (CS&S) leaders and team members, AI engineers, LLM specialists, Professional Services leaders and team members, and other Fortinet stakeholders. Your core responsibilities include: • Building strategic relationships to understand needs and requirements of transformation initiatives • Managing stakeholder relationships and organizing project follow-up with appropriate reporting • Developing work breakdown structures (WBS) and schedules for transformation projects • Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution • Identifying success criteria and key performance indicators; defining communication and risk plans • Proposing and implementing training programs for optimized processes within PS • Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation • Applying Fortinet's project methodology and enforcing standards • Communicating difficult or sensitive information tactfully • Complying with Fortinet's AI resource policies Example transformation areas include: understanding current practices of newly acquired teams or reorganized units and integrating them into Fortinet PS; automating document generation; improving resource capacity analysis; and assisting with risk analysis based on previous similar deliveries. REQUIREMENTS: • Approximately 15 years of experience in similar program/project management or management positions • Technical understanding of security and networking projects • Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking • Outstanding negotiation, oral communication, and presentation skills • Experience working independently and in collaborative, team-oriented environments • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Prompt and efficient response to project adjustments and alterations • Flexibility during times of organizational change • Ability to elicit cooperation from diverse sources including upper management, clients, and other departments • Excellent conflict resolution skills • Strong commitment and self-driven work ethic • Bachelor's Degree in technical or management discipline and/or equivalent extensive work-related experience • PMP and/or PRINCE II certification and/or equivalent extensive work-related experience
