Rippling is seeking an Associate Program Manager, HR to drive critical HR programs and cross-functional initiatives supporting the company's continued scale and HR execution. Reporting to the VP of HR, you will serve as a core operator across multiple high-impact work streams including benefits administration, HR PMO projects, AI-enabled HR initiatives, OKRs/QBRs, M&A readiness and integration, and company rituals.
You will work with senior leaders to create structure in ambiguity, drive cross-functional stakeholders toward decisions, translate complex work into clear execution plans, and ensure projects maintain momentum. The ideal candidate is a strong program manager and operator comfortable balancing strategic HR priorities with tactical details. You will support executive-level initiatives while also rolling up your sleeves to improve processes, manage dashboards and tooling, track issues and analytics, prepare communication materials, and ensure timely project completion.
This role requires someone who brings judgment, discretion, and analytical orientation to complex HR challenges. You should be highly organized, operationally rigorous, and able to navigate ambiguity while maintaining clarity for stakeholders. Experience with benefits, HR operations, project management, or similar program management in a fast-growing company is valuable. The role offers exposure to strategic HR work at a high-growth, well-funded SaaS company.
