ICEYE is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex satellite mission programs end-to-end. You will serve as the central orchestrator across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams, ensuring customer success, on-time execution, and scalable delivery excellence.
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of customer missions from contract execution through delivery, acting as the primary customer interface and building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. You will establish and drive clear program plans covering scope, milestones, resources, and financials aligned with internal and customer objectives. You will identify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure uninterrupted program delivery.
Key responsibilities include delivering assigned satellite mission programs on time, within budget, and to agreed performance standards; orchestrating cross-functional execution; supporting the implementation of scalable program management practices; and establishing effective reporting structures and communication channels to ensure timely information flow among program team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
This role reports to the VP of Missions Programme Management and directly contributes to ICEYE's ambition to become the leading provider of space-based ISR infrastructure by scaling reliable, high-impact mission delivery globally.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must haves:
- 5–10 years' experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs in advanced technology environments (space, defence, telecom, automotive, IT)
- Strong customer-facing capability, including managing senior stakeholders and complex requirements
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver aligned outcomes
- Expertise in end-to-end program management (planning, execution, governance across scope, schedule, budget, and risk)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in uncertain environments
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven Customer Success capabilities
- Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Must have or be able to obtain Finnish security clearance
Nice to haves:
- Experience working on satellite or similarly complex system programs
- Experience with governmental or defense customers
- Knowledge of hardware, software, or embedded systems development
- Experience in product development environments
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or a relevant field
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
