Salary: USD 200,000 - 255,000 / annual

Anthropic is seeking a Program Manager, Brand to serve as the connective tissue of the brand marketing organization. This role sits at the center of how the marketing team plans, prioritizes, and executes work. You will build and own the operating structure that keeps teams moving as the organization scales. You will support program management for a portfolio of high-touch strategic work and organizational effectiveness programs. Key responsibilities include: - Lead program management and shape strategy for flagship brand campaigns and strategic programs from kickoff through launch - Run operations for global agency retainers - Own the marketing onboarding program, iterating based on feedback - Partner with leadership on reporting, team planning, priorities, and goal-setting - Build lightweight, simple, and flexible organizational processes and central resources - Shape culture and community programming for the marketing organization You will partner closely with Communications, Brand, Enterprise Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams, working directly with leadership to translate ambitious goals into clear, sequenced plans with owners and resources. Minimum Qualifications: - Significant experience in brand program management, chief of staff, marketing operations, brand marketing, business operations, strategy, or related roles at high-growth technology companies - Built or been early in building a marketing operations or business operations function from the ground up in a complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment - Excellent project management skills with ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives effectively - Passionate about translating ambiguous strategic objectives into concrete operational plans and actionable workstreams - Strong analytical skills and experience building reporting frameworks, forecasting models, and performance measurement systems - Ability to design scalable programs, frameworks, and flexible organizational systems that people actually use - Comfortable working with AI tools, automations, and modern productivity platforms - Strong communicator who keeps many stakeholders aligned and informed - Excited about Anthropic's mission to develop safe and beneficial AI - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience - Field of study relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience running operations for large integrated brand campaigns, such as major tentpole or broadcast-scale launches - Experience managing external agency relationships - Background in budget controlling and procurement processes in partnership with Finance and Legal - Track record of simplifying or retiring processes that had become too heavy, based on team feedback and business needs
