Harmattan AI is a next-generation defense prime building autonomous and scalable defense systems. Following a $200M Series B at a $1.4B valuation, the company is expanding teams to deliver mission-critical systems to allied forces. As Program Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone for program execution across Europe and Middle East customers. You are the primary interface with defense clients, overseeing end-to-end delivery of autonomous systems, ensuring contractual compliance, and coordinating internal cross-functional teams to meet critical deadlines. Key responsibilities include: - Acting as the single point of contact for customers throughout program execution - Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of complex and mass-produced systems - Guaranteeing all deliverables meet contractual, technical, and operational requirements - Anticipating risks and leading rapid, structured resolution of issues - Owning program timelines and ensuring billing is activated at contractual milestones - Tracking and resolving program-level blockers (technical and administrative) - Ensuring centralized product policies are compatible with program-specific and customer-specific constraints - Identifying missing enablers and escalating internally to unblock delivery This is a client-facing role requiring precision, leadership, and deep domain expertise in defense acquisition and program management. REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years of experience in program or project management within the defense sector - Significant experience as a Program Manager, including leading product development and high-volume deliveries with direct customer support - Proven track record managing complex deliveries and mass-production with direct client interface and contractual responsibilities - Strong knowledge of defense acquisition processes, program milestones, and compliance documentation - Ability to manage programs in cutting-edge/disruptive environments - Proficiency in managing a complete business plan - Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills - Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams toward success
