Nutanix Professional Services is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale data center modernization, IT transformation, and hybrid cloud migration programs for enterprise clients across the Americas. This role sits within a globally recognized Professional Services organization that has won the NorthFace Service Award for ten consecutive years.
You will define program success criteria and objectives with stakeholders, establish program governance aligned with customer requirements, and coordinate multiple sub-projects and work streams. Key responsibilities include developing detailed integrated project plans, managing scope/schedule/budget/changes, proactively resolving challenges, and measuring performance using appropriate tools. You'll lead architect and resourcing teams to schedule internal and external consulting resources, manage program issues/actions/risks, and communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
Client-facing responsibilities are central: you'll conduct status meetings to manage expectations, escalate issues and risks, develop regular program status reports, and maintain comprehensive documentation. You'll forecast program revenue quarterly, create multi-level dashboards for executive presentation, and manage customer satisfaction through world-class delivery. The role also includes pre-sales support for large opportunities, determining appropriate PMO roles and level of effort, identifying key risks, and communicating effectively throughout the sales cycle.
The work environment is primarily remote with flexibility to work from home or preferred locations, though occasional office presence is expected and up to 30% travel is required for client engagement and on-site project work. You'll report to the Global PMO Leader (Sr. Manager, AMER) and collaborate with colleagues across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
