ICEYE, the world leader in sovereign space-based intelligence, is seeking a Program Director to lead complex satellite mission programs end-to-end from the Abu Dhabi facility. You will serve as the central orchestrator across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams, ensuring full lifecycle customer mission delivery—from contract execution through deployment—while maintaining on-time execution, budget control, and scalable delivery excellence.
In this role, you will own program planning and governance across scope, schedule, budget, and risk. You'll manage senior stakeholders and complex requirements, build strong customer relationships, and drive cross-functional coordination to minimize bottlenecks and accelerate mission execution. You'll provide timely visibility into program status, proactively mitigate risks and dependencies, and implement program management practices that improve delivery efficiency and predictability across the Missions portfolio.
You report to the VP of Missions Programme Management and will travel to Espoo (Finland) and customer sites as needed. This permanent, hybrid role requires UAE residence.
Required qualifications: 5–10 years delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs in advanced technology (space, defence, telecom, automotive, IT); strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills; proven cross-functional team leadership; end-to-end program management expertise; analytical and problem-solving ability in uncertain environments; excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences; degree in business, engineering, or related field; ability to obtain UAE residence.
Preferred: Earth Observation, SAR, or remote sensing experience; complex systems or product development background; government or defence customer exposure; hardware, software, or embedded systems knowledge; Master's degree or certifications (PMP, PgMP).
