Stepful is expanding its practical nursing programs nationally and seeks an experienced nursing education leader to build and lead programs in Ohio. The role combines teaching, curriculum oversight, program management, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include: teaching across didactic, skills lab, and clinical modalities; collaborating on curriculum development for PN and RN programs; managing enrollment, admissions, and student success; building and supervising a team of adjunct instructors; serving as primary contact for enterprise healthcare partners in Ohio; developing program budgets; ensuring Ohio Board of Nursing compliance; conducting program evaluation and assessment; and maintaining scheduling flexibility for evening and weekend obligations.
You will bring current, unencumbered RN licensure in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain); a master's degree in nursing; 5+ years RN practice experience; 2+ years faculty experience in registered nursing education; demonstrated teaching ability across modalities; experience with simulation technology (Laerdal manikins or similar); familiarity with nursing accreditation and regulatory compliance; experience engaging with clinical sites and employer stakeholders; and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
The interview process includes introductory call, hiring manager interview, take-home assignment, and final panel interviews.
