Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Director to lead one of the company's largest and most strategically important development programs within the Air Dominance & Strike Division. This division develops collaborative combat aircraft, autonomous missiles, and the software systems that power these advanced weapons platforms. In this role, you will serve as the primary leader responsible for program execution across all phases of the contract lifecycle, from early R&D through contract capture and delivery. You will partner closely with the Chief Engineer to oversee the development and integration of Anduril's Air Dominance & Strike technologies, ensuring they meet the operational requirements of the Department of Defense. Key responsibilities include: owning all aspects of cost, schedule, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; developing and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with DoD customers to enable rapid iteration and feedback loops; autonomously executing on complex, sometimes ambiguous requirements from internal engineering teams, customers, and corporate partners; implementing lightweight processes and metrics for program planning, scope management, risk management, and customer communication; fostering a high-performance team culture and identifying personnel development or recruitment needs; collaborating with finance and business development on pricing strategies and proposal development; and contributing to the strategic roadmap for Air Dominance & Strike R&D investments. Success requires a systems and engineering mindset to understand technical concepts, identify dependencies and risks, and assess architectural decisions. You must be execution-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of charting clear paths to outcomes while leveraging both technical aptitude and leadership skills. Collaborative partnership with government customers and internal stakeholders is essential.
