Pico is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to deliver post-sales implementation and support for the Corvil product suite across the APAC region. You will work directly with financial services clients to implement, configure, and optimize Corvil analytics solutions, ensuring customer success and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver Corvil product implementations at customer sites, via remote access, and through virtual meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders in client infrastructure and networking teams
- Understand client technology requirements and design customized solutions
- Document professional services delivery in Jira and Salesforce
- Provide product feedback to influence roadmap and design decisions
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for other Pico products
- Maintain deep expertise in Corvil and competitive financial technology solutions
- Stay current with industry trends and trading technologies
Required technical skills:
- Strong expertise in packet-based network analysis and TCP/IP networking
- Knowledge of traffic capture and aggregation techniques
- Understanding of financial services trading infrastructure, protocols (FIX, Market Data), and applications
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
Desired qualifications:
- Corvil Certified Expert (CCE) certification or hands-on Corvil experience
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification
- Scripting experience in Perl or Python
- Familiarity with XML, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google), and containerization
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence
This role reports to the Manager of Corvil Services in London and requires collaboration with sales, account management, product management, and technical support teams. The position is hybrid-based in London with travel to APAC customer sites as needed.
