Abnormal AI is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to lead implementation projects and customer onboarding for their enterprise security platform. You will own the transition from proof-of-value to full deployment, managing multiple customer projects simultaneously while ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met. Key responsibilities include leading deployment kickoffs, conducting discovery sessions to understand customer goals, guiding technical configuration and integrations, and serving as the primary technical point of contact throughout implementation. You'll manage project plans, timelines, and documentation while building strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders. You'll also collaborate with internal Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to refine implementation processes and contribute to delivery best practices. This role requires 3-5+ years of experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions, ideally in cybersecurity or email security. You must be bilingual with full professional fluency in English and Spanish, as you'll regularly work with customers in both languages. Required expertise includes managing enterprise email system deployments, integrations, and migrations; familiarity with enterprise mail flow and email security technologies; and the ability to lead technical conversations with IT and InfoSec stakeholders. Experience with commercial email routing, filtering, or secure email gateway (SEG) tools is essential. Exposure to SIEM or log analysis tools is expected. Basic scripting or coding knowledge (Python, Java) is a plus. You should be comfortable solving technical challenges in fast-paced environments, driving projects end-to-end from discovery through delivery sign-off, and identifying and mitigating risks early in the implementation process.
