Salary: USD 60,750 - 99,750 / annual

Curriculum Associates, a mission-driven edtech company serving over a third of US K–8 students through award-winning programs like i-Ready, seeks a Professional Learning Specialist based in North Alabama. This role is ideal for educators transitioning from the classroom who want to maintain connection to school communities while expanding their impact. You will provide targeted professional development, in-classroom coaching, and implementation support to teachers, coaches, and district leaders across North Alabama and beyond. Key responsibilities include delivering engaging professional development sessions on the i-Ready diagnostic and instruction platform and Ready program; supporting district-wide product adoption and implementation; analyzing student and implementation data with educators; providing one-on-one coaching to help teachers effectively use CA solutions; collaborating with district and site leaders to develop annual professional development plans; and serving as a thought leader exemplifying the company's mission. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of teaching, instructional coaching, or professional development experience. You should have strong knowledge of Common Core State Standards for Mathematics or ELA (K–8), comfort with digital tools and data analysis, understanding of adult learning principles, and ability to provide high-quality classroom coaching. Fluency in online assessments and data interpretation is essential. This position requires up to 80% travel within your designated territory and to company meetings throughout the year, including overnight stays. You must currently reside in North Alabama or be willing to relocate.
