Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 / annual

BaubleBar, a direct-to-consumer accessories brand founded in 2010, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all production and sample operations for its jewelry and accessory lines. The role sits at the intersection of product development, supply chain, and cross-functional coordination. Key responsibilities include owning production process steps for jewelry, accessories, and packaging; placing purchase orders with domestic and overseas vendors; tracking production and sample status to meet delivery timelines while maintaining quality standards; leading weekly cross-functional meetings to review products and provide feedback; troubleshooting production and sourcing issues with vendors and internal partners; reviewing weekly work-in-progress reports to prevent delays; communicating delivery updates to stakeholders; managing reports for upper management visibility; and maintaining accurate T&A (time and attendance) calendars. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of professional experience in production, sourcing, or a related field. Required skills include solid understanding of production processes and supply chain management, strong Excel proficiency with data entry and analysis capabilities, excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities, and strong written and verbal communication. NetSuite experience is a plus. The role requires someone who is punctual, dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for jewelry and product creation is valued. Work arrangement: 3 days onsite in the Manhattan office, 2 days remote. Salary range: $85,000–$95,000 annually, with placement within the range based on location, skills, background, and relevant experience.
