You will own Fever's global transportation and logistics operations end-to-end, managing a distributed team of logistics coordinators across multiple time zones. This is a strategic leadership role combining hands-on operational management with cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include: • End-to-end ownership of global transportation operations, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient delivery and rapid issue resolution, including after-hours support when needed • Team leadership and mentorship of logistics coordinators, providing guidance, assigning strategic projects, and building departmental capabilities • Stakeholder management across production, finance, legal, and tax departments to ensure smooth coordination and cross-functional synergy • KPI and SLA definition, monitoring, and reporting (on-time delivery rates, cost variances, ticket response times) to drive operational excellence • Capacity and resource planning, assigning transport requests based on team bandwidth and specialty • Vendor and contract negotiation with 3PLs and freight forwarders, serving as primary point of contact • Financial oversight including billing, invoicing, and cost management across the department • Forecasting and proactive problem-solving to anticipate and resolve logistics challenges • Continuous improvement initiatives including training programs, cost optimization, and process evolution • Strategic communication translating complex transportation and importation requirements for non-logistics stakeholders Required qualifications: 5+ years transportation/logistics experience, 3+ years team management, Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. Fluent English required; additional languages a plus. Must have proven contract negotiation experience with carriers and freight forwarders, and comfort with ERP systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
